Burtrum City
December 2, 2013
The meeting of the Burtrum City Council was called to order at 7 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2013 by Mayor Allen. All members except Clara Taft and Anna Payne were present.
Minutes of the November 4th meeting were read and approved on a motion by Kevin Wunderlich and seconded by Ron Strassburg. Upon vote motion carried.
Finance report was read and approved on a motion by Ron Strassburg and seconded by Kevin Wunderlich. Upon vote motion carried. Checks number 7188 thru 7201 were approved for payment on a motion by Kevin Wunderlich and seconded by Ron Strassburg. Upon vote motion carried.
Under old business, the snowplow bids were opened. All bids were rejected. Motion was made by Kevin Wunderlich and seconded by Ron Strassburg to sell the plow for scrap. Motion carried upon vote.
Under new business, a bill for a dog that was running loose and taken to the Vet. Clinic will be paid.
A thank you will be sent to Randy Strassburg for his help in finding a snowplow.
Being no further business, a motion for adjournment was made by Kevin Wunderlich and seconded by Ron Strassburg. Motion carried.
