Agnes Ritzer

Mass of Christian Burial, celebrating the life of Agnes Ritzer, age 75 of Albany, was held Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at the Church of St. Benedict in Avon. Father Blane Wasnie, OSB officiated and burial took place in St. Columbkille Cemetery in St. Wendel. Agnes passed away Friday, July 18 at her home.
Agnes was born on January 20, 1939 to Jacob and Anna (Bieniek) Skudlarek at the St. Cloud Hospital. She resided in St. Wendel, MN until her marriage to Delvin Ritzer on April 30, 1960. Delvin passed away July 18, 1970. She married Adolph Ritzer on August 12, 1972. Adolph passed away on August 25, 1983.
She is survived by her children, Rose (Fred), Karen (Ed), Sharlene (Maury), Joseph (Angie), Ann (Angel) and John; grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Bernice (Ben) Havisto, John Skudlarek, Lucille Vanhavermaet, Teresa Welle, and Maggie Cigelski. She is preceded in death by brothers, sisters and grandchild, Delvin.
