Two ramps at eastbound Highway 10 and Benton Drive South remain closed
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Motorists will find all lanes and most ramps of Highway 10 in St. Cloud and Sauk Rapids open for Memorial Day weekend travel.
All four lanes of Highway 10, and all ramps with the exception of the two ramps at eastbound Highway 10 and Benton Drive South, will open before rush hour on Friday, May 22 through 9 a.m. Tuesday, May 26.
Highway 10 between East St. Germain Street and County Road 33 has been reduced to one lane in each direction since April 1 as part of a project to reconstruct most of Highway 10 through St. Cloud and Sauk Rapids.
Highway 10 lane and ramp closures will resume after Memorial Day. Motorists can expect the following beginning Tuesday, May 26.
· Highway 10 between East St. Germain Street and County Road 33 will be one lane in each direction with head-to-head traffic switched to the westbound side of the road while the eastbound side is reconstructed.
· Both ramps at eastbound Highway 10/Benton Drive South will close until further notice.
· The ramp from eastbound Highway 10 to County Road 3 will close until further notice.
· The ramp from County Road 3 to eastbound Highway 10 will close for approximately one week in mid-June.
· The loop from eastbound Highway 10 to County Road 29 will close until further notice.
· Access from County Road 29 to eastbound Highway 10 will remain open using temporary ramps. · Signed detours will be posted during all ramp closures.
