Angeline A. “Angie” Welle, age 86 of Baxter, formerly of Spring Hill, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Edgewood Assistant Living Center in Baxter, Minnesota.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, November 5 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Spring Hill with Rev. Marvin Enneking officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Friday at the church.
Angeline Ann Welle was born April 16, 1935 in Melrose, Minnesota to Michael and Adella (Meyer) Welle. She attended elementary school in rural Spring Hill and graduated from Melrose High School. After graduation, she worked at various jobs and was employed by Occupational Training Center in St. Cloud for many years. Angie was a lifetime member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Spring Hill and Catholic United Financial.
Survivors include her brother, Sylvester (Judy) Welle, sister, Bernadine “ Bernie” (Dave) Sieben; sister-in-law, Lillian Welle; and many nieces and nephews.
Angie was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Raymond and Walter Welle; sisters, Bernice Welle, Leona Rolfzen, and Julie Verzuh; sister-in-law, Alverna Welle; brothers-in-law, BJ Rolfzen and James Verzuh; and nephew, Randy Welle.
Memorials are preferred.
Arrangements were made with Patton-Schad Funeral & Cremation Services of Melrose.
