On July 30th, 2018, the Stearns County Communications Center received a report of a pole shed on fire at 32192 Fifth Lake Road in Albany Township. This is located about three miles southeast of Albany. The Albany, Avon and Chain of Lakes Fire Departments responded and extinguished the fire. The 30x190 pole shed is a complete loss.
