Brenda Seanger, 42, of Long Prairie, passed away on September 5, 2012, at the Centra Care Health System in Long Prairie, after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Funeral services for Brenda was held on Monday, September 10, 2012, 10:00 a.m., at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Cathoic Church in Long Prairie, with Fr. Rich Walz officiating. Interment was held at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Long Prairie.
Brenda was born July 10, 1970, in Browerville to Donald and Audrey (Bills) Mollner. On December 4, 1999, she married James Seanger at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Long Prairie. Brenda was employed by Bayer Interior Woods for the past eight years. Brenda was a kind and loving person who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing and hunting, especially her trips to Montana and her yearly deer hunt with her family.
Brenda is survived by her daughter, Sarah of Long Prairie, boyfriend, Donald Terwey of Long Prairie; parents, Donald and Audrey Mollner of Long Prairie; father and mother-in-law, Tom and Pat Seanger of Melrose; siblings: Kevin Mollner, Kary (Nancy) Mollner; brothers and sisters-in-law: Toni Seanger, Eric (Jen) Seanger, Jason (Elisha) Seanger, Julie (Jeremy) Olmscheid, Niki Mollner: godchildren: Britt Seanger, Cody Mollner, Maranda Mollner and Heileigh Mollner and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Brenda is preceded in death by her husband, James in 2004, son Joshua in 2009, and brother Joseph in 2011, maternal grandfather, Herb Bills, paternal grandparents Joseph and Gertrude Mollner and uncle David Bills.
