Burnhamville Township December 30, 2014

The regular meeting of the Town Board of Burnhamville Township was held December 30, 2014 at Burtrum Community Center. The meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. by Chair Mike Berscheit. Members present include Supervisors: Mike Berscheit, Bruce Johnson and Louis Thompson; Clerk Shirley Hulinsky; Treasurer Pam Throener. Others present: Carol Herdering.
Sup. Johnson made a motion to approve the minutes from the regular meeting of November 25, 2014. Motion was seconded by Sup. Thompson. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Sup. Berscheit to pay all bills numbered 5055 through 5062: Rev. $591.31; R&B $5,397.75. Sup. Thompson seconded the motion. Motion passed.
In the road report the contractor and board discussed problem areas. The board discussed problems with springs in the road by 162nd St west of Burtrum. Contractor will work on sanding icy areas especially on Flicker Road and Explorer Drive.
Treasurer’s report showed a balance of $74,002.69. Treasurer’s report was approved by Sup. Berscheit and seconded by Sup. Johnson. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Sup. Berscheit to adjourn the meeting which was seconded by Sup. Thompson. Motion passed. Meeting was adjourned at 7:22 p.m. Next regular meeting will be on January 27, 2015 at 7 p.m. in the Burtrum Community Center. Shirley Hulinsky, Burnhamville Township Clerk
