The regular meeting of the Town Board of Burnhamville Township was held October 28, 2014 at Burtrum Community Center. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m., by Chair Mike Berscheit. Members present include Supervisors: Louis Thompson, Mike Berscheit and Bruce Johnson; Clerk Shirley Hulinsky; Treasurer Pam Throener. Others present: Erv Herdering and Ervin Muellner.
Sup. Thompson made a motion to approve the minutes from the regular meeting of September 30, 2014. Motion was seconded by Sup. Johnson. Motion passed.
Correspondence included notice of a Planning and Zoning meeting and a notice from county feedlot officer informing us of registration and notification requirements.
A motion was made by Sup. Berscheit to pay all bills numbered 5026 through 5035: Rev. $616.11; R&B $10,498.90, Fire $7,761.00. Sup. Johnson seconded the motion. Motion passed.
With the General Election on November 4, the board will set up the voting booths on Monday, November 3 at 6:30 p.m.
In the road report the contractor has caught up with the list and will watch for problem areas as they come up. Ditch mowing has been completed.
Treasurer’s report showed a balance of $43,279.48. Treasurer’s report was approved by Sup. Berscheit and seconded by Sup. Johnson. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Sup. Berscheit to adjourn the meeting which was seconded by Sup. Thomson. Motion passed. Meeting was adjourned at 7:28 p.m. Next regular meeting will be on November 25, 2014 at 7 p.m. in the Burtrum Community Center. Shirley Hulinsky, Burnhamville Township Clerk
