These are unapproved minutes.
The meeting of the Burtrum City Council was called to order at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6th, 2016 by Mayor Ron Strassburg. Those who were in attendance included Ronald Strassburg, Deb VanHavermaet, Kaitlynn Bollig, Beau Krueger, and Kevin Wunderlich.
The minutes from the August 1st, 2016 meeting were read and approved by a motion by Beau Krueger and seconded by Deb VanHavermaet, upon vote motion carried.
Next the finance report was read and approved by a motion made by Deb VanHavermaet and seconded by Beau Krueger, upon vote motion carried. Bills were discussed and a motion to pay the bills was made by Kevin Wunderlich and seconded by Beau Krueger, upon vote motion carried and the bills were paid.
The City Council discussed old business, including but not limited to: local residences, yard clean up progress, and the August 2016 elections.
Next the City Council discussed new business including but not limited to: the upcoming election in November 2016 and the city road conditions.
The City Council would like to remind residents to ensure their pets remain in their yards and/or on a leash.
As there was no further topics to discuss the meeting was adjourned by a motion made by Beau Krueger and seconded by Kevin Wunderlich and the meeting was adjourned.
