Burtrum City • April 4, 2022

The Burtrum City Council meeting was called to order at 7 pm on Monday, April 4, 2022 by Council Member Mayor Ron Strassburg.
In attendance was Ron Strassburg, Sharon Erickson, Sara Macho, Mitchell Bruggenthies, Chad Landowski and Laura Horvath.
Minutes from the March 7, 2022 meeting were read and approved; a motion to approve was made by Sara Macho, and seconded by Mitchell Bruggenthies, upon vote motion was carried and minutes were accepted.
Next the finance report was read and approved; the city discussed current bills/invoices; finance report was accepted, and bills were paid, with a motion made by Sharon Erickson and seconded by Sara Macho
Current Bills: City Clerk wages, Herdering Inc., Police Patrol, Easter Egg Event, Plowing, 1st Hafl Fire Contract – Grey Eagle, – a motion to pay bills made by Sara Macho, seconded by Chad Landowski
New Business –Property Taxes – motion to pay made by Sharon Erickson, seconded by Sara Macho
Discussed insurance policy change for City Hall Building, Lions Park
Old Business – still waiting on sound proofing for City Hall.
Since no further topics needed to be addressed the meeting was adjourned; with a motion made by Sara Macho and seconded by Mitchell Bruggenthies, upon vote motion carried and meeting was adjourned.
Our next meeting will be held on May 2, 2022.
