Burtrum City – April 6, 2015

The meeting of the Burtrum City Council was called to order on Monday, April 6th, 2015 at 7 p.m. by Mayor Strassburg. Kevin Wunderlich and Anna Payne did not answer roll call.
Minutes of the March 2nd meeting were read and approved on a motion by Deb VanHavermaet and seconded by Beau Krueger. Upon vote motion carried.
Finance report was read and approved on a motion by Beau Krueger and seconded by Deb VanHavermaet. Upon vote motion carried. Checks number 7367 thru 7377 were approved for payment on a motion by Deb VanHavermaet and seconded by Beau Krueger. Upon vote motion carried.
Under old business, the houses that need to be cleaned up or taken down were discussed. Property owners will be contacted.
Under new business, a motion was made by Deb VanHavermaet and seconded by Beau Krueger to have dust control put on the streets again this year. Upon vote motion carried.
Being no further business, a motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Beau Krueger and seconded by Deb VanHavermaet. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
