Burtrum City • December 6, 2021

The Burtrum City Council meeting was called to order at 7 pm on Monday, December 6, 2021 by Mayor Ron Strassburg.
In attendance was Ron Strassburg, Sharon Erickson, Sara Macho, Mitchell Bruggenthies and Laura Horvath.
Minutes from the November 1, 2021 meeting were read and approved by a motion made by Sharon Erickson and seconded by Sara Macho, upon vote motion was carried and minutes were accepted.
Next the finance report was read and approved; and the city discussed current bills/invoices and a motion made by Mitchell Bruggenthies and seconded by Sara Macho, finance report was accepted, and bills paid.
New Business: City patrons were inquiring about the assessment of taxes. City will check with Todd County in regard to how they break down all the city and county taxes.
We received a $1,500.00 donation from Lion’s Club and various businesses for a total donation of $2,765.00 for our Santa Party Event in December 2021. Appreciation to all the business who donated for this event.
Old Business: No topics to discuss for old business.
Since no further topics needed to be addressed the meeting was adjourned with a motion made by Sara Macho and seconded by Mitchell Bruggenthies, upon vote motion carried and meeting was adjourned.
Our next meeting will be held on January 3, 2022
