Burtrum City • July 5, 2022

The Burtrum City Council meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 by Mayor Ron Strassburg.
In attendance was Ron Strassburg, Mitchell Bruggenthies, Sharon Erickson, Sara Macho, Chad Landowski and Laura Horvath.
Minutes from the June 6, 2022 meeting were read and approved; a motion to approve was made by Mitchell Bruggenthies, and seconded by Sara Macho, upon vote motion was carried and minutes were accepted.
Next the finance report was read and approved; the city discussed current bills/invoices; finance report was accepted, and bills were paid, with a motion made by Sara Erickson and seconded by Chad Landowski.
Current Bills: City Clerk wages, Police Patrol, MN Power, Cans R Us, 2023 Initiative Foundation, Rahns Propane contract – a motion to pay bills made by Sara Macho, seconded by Chad Landowski.
New Business: City listened to topics regarding old Burtrum School House.
Old Business: culvert was replaced.
Since no further topics needed to be addressed the meeting was adjourned; with a motion made by Sara Macho and seconded by Mitchell Bruggenthies, upon vote motion carried and meeting was adjourned.
Our next meeting will be held on Monday, August 1, 2022
