Burtrum City • May 2, 2022

The Burtrum City Council meeting was called to order at 7 pm on Monday, May 2, 2022 by Council Member Mayor Ron Strassburg.
In attendance was Ron Strassburg, Sharon Erickson, Sara Macho, Chad Landowski and Laura Horvath.
Minutes from the April 4, 2022 meeting were read and approved; a motion to approve was made by Chad Landowksi, and seconded by Sara Macho, upon vote motion was carried and minutes were accepted.
Next the finance report was read and approved; the city discussed current bills/invoices; finance report was accepted, and bills were paid, with a motion made by Sharon Erickson and seconded by Sara Macho.
Current Bills: City Clerk wages, Herdering Inc., Police Patrol, Clerk Wages, Terri Veldkamp – a motion to pay bills made by Sara Macho, seconded by Chad Landowski.
New Business: City Wide Clean up will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 on Main Street in Burtrum.
The City has dedicated Brighter Days Church as a second polling place in the event the Hall is not available.
The City has made a motion to keep Debbie Strassburg as Head Judge for all elections. First motion made by Sharon Erickson and seconded by Sara Macho to accept.
No old Business to discuss.
Since no further topics needed to be addressed the meeting was adjourned; with a motion made by Sara Macho and seconded by Mitchell Bruggenthies, upon vote motion carried and meeting was adjourned.
Our next meeting will be held on June 6, 2022
