Woman swerves to miss dead deer in roadway, crashes vehicle. Kelly Lanners, 32, of Albany, was driving a white 2017 Toyota Corolla northbound on County Road 2 when she came upon a dead deer in the roadway. Approximately 20,000 gallons of liquid manure leaks out of an above ground storage tank.
