Over the past several hours on Sept. 18, the Stearns County Communications Center has received multiple reports from citizens of an apparent phone scam. reports of mailboxes that were damaged along the southeastern part of Morrison County. Approximately 36 mailboxes were damaged along Nature Road, Partridge Road and Highway 25 in Buckman, Morrill and Hillman Townships. An incident that began in Osakis this morning, Thursday September 13th ended in Sauk Centre with a Stearns County Deputy shot in the forearm with an arrow from a compound bow.
