The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 2-21-2017 at approximately 5:34 p.m., a horseback rider was hit by a vehicle on 250th Avenue, south of Nature Road in Buckman Township east of Royalton. PAUL, MN—The Minnesota House passed legislation Monday that would legalize the sale of liquor, beer, and wine on Sundays, the first time in state history that standalone legislation on this issue has been voted on or approved.
