ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Motorists in Sauk Rapids may encounter delays when the ramp from County Road 3/Golden Spike Road to eastbound Highway 10 is closed after 7 a.m., Friday, June 12. As a result of this past weekend’s copious amount of rainfall the water level on Two Rivers Lake rose very fast and has caused some high water and localized flooding issues.
