Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force

On March 29, 2018 the Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force, executed a search warrant at 1101 28th Ave N, St. Cloud. During the search warrant 13 grams methamphetamine, 20 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms, 8 grams of marijuana, and two handguns were located. Melissa Ziwicki, 36 St. Cloud and Alicia Allen, 25, St. Cloud were present at the residence and were arrested on fifth degree controlled substance possession charges.
The Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force was assisted by the St. Cloud Police Department SWAT Team, and the St. Cloud Police Department.
The Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force is comprised of officers from the Little Falls, Sauk Rapids, and St. Cloud Police Departments and deputies from Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, Todd and Morrison County Sheriff Offices.
