Todd County Health & Human Services has been notified by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) of the first lab
confirmed case of COVID-19 in Todd County. The patient was tested and is now in isolation at their home and being
monitored by MDH.
“As one of the few remaining counties without a lab confirmed case, we knew it was only a matter of time. We had
suspected the virus was spreading locally, but now have confirmation of the virus in Todd County,” said Jackie Och, Todd
County Health & Human Services Director. Todd County HHS staff will continue to actively monitor the spread of the
virus and work with local community partners, state and federal agencies.
