Cynthia Schultz, 60, of Long Prairie, passed away on July 21, 2017 in the St. Cloud Hospital. Funeral services for Cindy will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2017, 11:00 a.m., at Trinity Lutheran Church in Long Prairie with Pastor Noah Wehrspann officiating. Friends may begin calling one hour prior to the service at the church.
Cindy was born December 9, 1956, in Long Prairie, to Allen & Janet (Hockemeyer) Sundberg. She graduated from the Long Prairie High School and on July 31, 1976, married Allen Schultz. Cindy enjoyed camping, playing cards and especially playing Yahtzee and watching TV Land. She loved her knick- knacks and had a green thumb for her plants and flowers; yellow roses were her favorite. Cindy was a candy fanatic, especially for Jolly Ranchers. She liked to do crosswords, loved her jewelry and was always trying out the new infomercial products. Cindy loved to spoil her grandchildren; she had a great personality and loved to joke around. She was a very strong person and always spoke her mind.
Cindy is survived by her husband, Allen of Long Prairie; children: Joshua (Janell) Schultz of Swanville, Danielle (Jeremy) Clasemann of Long Prairie, grandchildren: Spencer Clasemann, Logan Clasemann, Parker Schultz and Harlee Schultz, siblings: Ann Sundberg of Alexandria, Jackie (Dave) Gosiak of Browerville and Theresa Byland of Albany.
Cindy is preceded in death by her parents; brother Randy, sister Chrissy and brother-in-law Dennis Schultz.
