Damian B. Grossman, age 36 of Sauk Centre, passed away after a long battle with cancer on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at the St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 18 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Melrose with Rev. David Mommens officiating.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, February 17 at the Patton-Schad Funeral Home in Sauk Centre and from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Friday, February 18 at the church in Melrose.
Damian Blake Grossman was born June 13, 1985 in Alexandria, Minnesota to Kevin and Marian (Ninneman) Grossman. He graduated from Sauk Centre High School. After high school, he worked at various places including McDonalds, Wacosa, and Cashwise.
He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Melrose. He enjoyed playing cards, bowling, shooting pool, and was a huge fan of all kinds of music. Damian was a simple man who enjoyed a simple life.
Survivors include his parents, Kevin and Marian Grossman of Sauk Centre; brother, Tony (Ashley) Grossman of Brooklyn Park; and niece, Rhea Grossman of Brooklyn Park.
Damian was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence and Marie Grossman and Harold and Marie Ninneman; aunt, Mary Albrektsen; and cousins, Ross Lemon and Hannah and Alexandra Muilenberg.
Casket bearers will be Dallas Lemon, Nathan Grossman, Nathan Neterval, Matt Olson, Jeremiah Sayles, and Steven Hartman. Readers will be Dallas Lemon and Tony Grossman.
Memorials are preferred.
