Deloris Katherine Sauer

Deloris Katherine Sauer, age 92, born August 25, 1925 to Emil and Cecelia Petron, entered into eternal life with the risen Lord on April 13, 2018.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Wednesday, April 18 at the Patton-Schad Funeral Home in Melrose. A reception followed the Mass at the Melrose American Legion.
Burial will take place at 11:05 a.m. on Thursday, April 19 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
Deloris is survived byer her sons, Michael and Timothy; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tom and Sally Sauer, sister-in-law, Bernice Sauer; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband of 43 years, James Alois Sauer; sisters, Marilyn McIntyre and Harriet Hess; and brother, Alfred Petron.
Arrangements were made with Patton-Schad Funeral & Cremation Services of Melrose.
