Duane A. “Stiggy” Bertram

Mass of Christian Burial for Duane A. “Stiggy” Bertram, 68, of Spring Hill, MN was held Monday June 29 at the St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Spring Hill, MN.
He worked at Ampi, Mill Farms, Fox Trucking and Ferrellgas while also farming in Spring Hill. Duane was owner and operator of the Horseshoe Bar and Ballroom, Spring Hill for the past 15 years.
Stiggy enjoyed fishing, bowling, casinos, and especially joking around with family, friends and his grandkids.
Survived by wife, Irene (Lieser) of 46 years; children, Lee (Deb) of Belgrade, MN, Lisa (Russ) Stangler of Albany, MN, Kelly (Jeremy) of St. Cloud, MN, and Chad (Deanna) of Spring Hill, MN; grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; brothers Dan (Doris), Harry (Dorie) and Jerry (Ruth); sister Deb (Mark) Torborg. Preceded in death by parents Peter and Marina (Meyer) Bertram.
