Waite Park man dies in motorcycle crash.
On April 25th, 2020 at 9:02 p.m., the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office Communications Center received an emergency call about a single motorcycle crash on County Road 17 and 425th Street in Millwood Township.
According to Sheriff Steve Soyka, Patrick Kraker, 57, of Waite Park, was driving his red 2002 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic southbound on County Road 17 when it left the roadway, went into an open field and crashed.
Upon emergency personnel’s arrival, CPR was already in progress by a witness of the crash. Melrose Ambulance transported Mr. Kraker to the Melrose Hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
Melrose Police Department and Freeport Fire Department assisted.
