The special meeting of the Grey Eagle City Council was called to order by Mayor Joseph Arnzen at 7:00 p.m., on the 8th day of August 2019 in council chambers. Council members present were Thom Muellner and Bill Pohlmann. Council members absent were Roland Ahrendt and Brian Hollenkamp. Also in attendance was Clerk Lori Hellmann.
The council was presented with the Final Plat of Grey Eagle Lift Station 1. The plat has been signed by surveyor Juergen Brunkhorst from Widseth Smith Nolting, the County Surveyor and John Walburn as attorney – in-fact for Harriet Walburn and is ready for council review and approval.
A motion was made by Bill Pohlmann to approve the Final Plat of Grey Eagle Lift Station 1 as presented. A second was made by Thom Muellner and upon vote, with all members voting in favor, motion carried.
