Call to Order: Ron Frericks called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm.
Members Present: Ron Frericks, Ray Bense, Mary Ann Primus, Mike Rohe & Erv Herdering.
Agenda Approval: A preliminary agenda was presented. Ron asked if there were additions to the agenda. Ray made the motion to accept the agenda. Mike made the second. Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes: The clerk provided copies of the November 2, 2020 minutes to the board. Mike made the motion to accept the minutes. Ray made the second. Motion carried.
Town Clerk’s Report: Clerk presented the claims for November. Claims included claims numbered 3516-3528 for a total of $4,573.77. Claims were reviewed and Ray made the motion to approve the claims as presented. Mike made the second, Motion carried. Mail included letters from Todd County P & Z- they are looking for individuals to serve as an alternate on the Todd County Board of Adjustments. Also, notice of public hearings for Dec. 3rd. A letter was received to offer help for small businesses do payroll and other reporting forms. Several of the Township’s CDs are up for renewal- Mike made a motion to let them renew. Ron made the second. Motion carried.
Road and Bridge Report: Ray stated not much to report on, however he still has concerns over the stumps that were left in the road right -of-way along 130th. It was stated there are several along 337th as well, left after the sentence to serve crew cut trees. After some discussion Ray made the motion to have Erv work on removing the stumps from 130th and 337th. Mike made the second. Motion carried. The weed report was discussed and will be completed at the January meeting.
Additional agenda item: The fire board meeting has not been held at this time.
Mary Ann presented a resolution to establish the Grey Eagle Township Polling Place as the Grey Eagle Township Hall. Mike made a motion to approve the resolution, Ray made the second. Motion carried.
Public Comment: A resident from 140th St. was present and asked the Board about removing a tree on 140th St. Ray will check this out.
Adjournment: Motion by Ray to adjourn the meeting. Mike made the second. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
