Call to Order: Ron Frericks called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm. The pledge of allegiance was recited.
Members Present: Ron Frericks, Ray Bense, Mary Ann Primus & Mike Rohe.
Agenda Approval: A preliminary agenda was presented. Ron asked if there were additions to the agenda. Ray made the motion to accept the agenda. Mike made the second. All in favor. Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes: The clerk provided copies of the January 7, 2019 minutes to the board. Ray made the motion to accept the minutes, Mike made the second. Minutes approved.
Town Clerk’s Report: Clerk presented the claims list for January. Claims list included claims 3286-3293 for a total of $32,138.08. This included the purchase of a new CD. Mike made the motion to approve the claims; Ray made the second, Motion carried. Mail included the equalization meeting notice, advertising, and donation requests. Some discussion on whether to raise the life insurance benefit – it was decided to leave it as is.
Road and Bridge Report: Ray picked up the no dumping signs. Discussion on when the road restriction signs should be put up, probably early March or when the County does theirs.
Additional agenda item: Reminder of the Audit meeting which will be held February 11, 2019.
Adjournment: Motion by Mike to adjourn the meeting. Ray made the second. Meeting adjourned at 8:25 pm.
