Call to Order: Ron Frericks called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm. The pledge of allegiance was recited.
Members Present: Ron Frericks, Ray Bense, Mary Ann Primus & Mike Rohe.
Agenda Approval: A preliminary agenda was presented. Ron asked if there were additions to the agenda. Ray made the motion to accept the agenda. Mike made the second. All in favor. Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes: The clerk provided copies of the February 4, 2019 minutes to the board. Mike made the motion to accept the minutes, Ray made the second. Minutes approved.
Dennis Bacon was present at the meeting and gave the Board a review of the audit he conducted. He felt the books were found to be in good order and did not recommend any changes. He felt the Board could recommend to leave the levy as it was for 2019. Mike made a motion to recommend no change to the levy for 2020 and Ray made the second. All in favor, motion carried.
Town Clerk’s Report: Clerk presented the claims list for February. Claims list included claims 3294-3301 for a total of $11,273.07. Ray made the motion to approve the claims; Mike made the second, Motion carried. Mail included the advertising and a flyer for Township Short Courses.
Road and Bridge Report: Ray said – nothing but snow. Erv H. reported he had to use a loader to push back snow on Arctic Drive and Angler Trail.
Additional agenda item: Reminder of the meeting dates- Spring short courses, weed mtg., and equalization mtg.
Adjournment: Motion by Ray to adjourn the meeting. Mike made the second. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
