ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Motorists traveling Interstate 94 between Monticello and Fargo may see helicopters briefly hovering near the roadway beginning Wednesday, June 22, while crews work on CapX2020 powerlines over the interstate.
The powerline maintenance project is led by Great River Energy and will be complete by June 30.
Motorists traveling I-94 between Monticello and Fargo should keep their eyes on the road, watch ahead for slow traffic and be prepared to stop if necessary.
The work will be rescheduled if high winds or other weather conditions are not suitable to safely complete the work.
