Helping Hands Outreach welcomes new board members – 2012

Linda Harren recently retired from Holdingford Public Schools in which she taught for more than 20 years. Linda and her husband Rodney have lived in the Holdingford area for 40 years. When asked why she choose to serve on Helping Hands’ Board she said, “Now that I am retired I would like to devote more time as a volunteer and this looked like a wonderful opportunity to get involved within the community. “

Patrick Vandrovec was the Principal for Holdingford High School (7th-12th grade) for the last 16 years. Patrick has been a long standing member of several community groups, such as the Holdingford Area Catholic Community and the Lions Club. He was asked by another community member to serve on the Helping Hands Board and replied by saying, “I have supported the need for this organization for a long time.”
