Highway 28 closed due to flooding and washout.
Highway 28 south of Grey Eagle, Minnesota near the Ward Springs, Minnesota area is closed due to excessive damage from over 6.5 inches of rain on Saturday, May 31, 2014. Basements in the area were flooded and the city of Grey Eagle’s sewage system was backed up not allowing residents to use their household plumbing until the water levels in the sewer system went down.
