ST CLOUD, Minn. – Motorists who travel Interstate 94 through St. Michael may encounter slow or stopped traffic as both direction of the road are intermittently reduced to a single lane after 7 p.m. Wednesday, October 18.
All lanes of eastbound I-94 will open by 5 a.m. the following day. All lanes of westbound I-94 will open by 9 a.m. the following day.
The closures are needed while crews work on the I-94 bridges spanning the Crow River, just east of Highway 241 in St. Michael.
Motorists approaching the I-94 work zone near Highway 241 in St. Michael should slow down, be prepared to stop if necessary, and move over to give crews room to work safely.
