Jeanne Vander Heyden, of Holdingford, MN, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2015 at the Mother of Mercy Nursing Home in Albany, MN. She was 68 years old.
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at the Faith Lutheran Church in Isle with Rev. Paul Brown. Memorial Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Inurnment will be in the Faith Lutheran Cemetery in Isle.
