Jeffrey S. Meagher, 52 year old resident of St. Cloud, MN, formerly of Burtrum, MN, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2015 at St. Cloud Hospital. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls, MN with a visitation one hour prior to the service.
