The Morrison County Sheriff ‘s Office reports that on 03-08-2018 at approximately 3:41 pm, their office received a report of a vehicle in the ditch with the driver unconscious on 120th Ave north of 165th St. approximately 2 miles northwest of Little Falls, in Pike Creek Township.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, 47-year-old Scott Novak of Little Falls, MN was traveling down his driveway in a 2010 Dodge Caravan to get the mail. Novak’s vehicle continued to travel east out of the driveway crossing 120th Ave into the ditch hitting a road sign. He was transported to St. Gabriel’s Hospital by Gold Cross Ambulance. Novak later died at the hospital. The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating the cause of death.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the MN State Patrol, Gold Cross Ambulance and LifeLink III.
