The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 8-13-2016 at approximately 3:25 pm they received a call regarding a twenty eight year old male who was injured while tubing on Lake Alexandria.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, 28 year old Cole Johnson of Eden Prairie, MN, was riding in a tube being pulled behind a boat driven by friends when he fell off the tube and hit his head on the water. Johnson was knocked unconscious for a short period of time. He was transported to the hospital by Gold Cross Ambulance with unknown injuries. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Scandia Valley First Response Team and Gold Cross Ambulance.
Johnson was wearing a floatation device at the time of the accident.
