The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 8-15-2020 at approximately 10:39 am, their office received a report of an ATV crash with injuries on 25th Avenue, south of Balcony Road, approximately three miles south of Swanville, MN.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, 45-year-old Victor Althaus of Little Falls, MN was southbound on 25th Avenue testing his ATV. According to Althaus the throttle stuck causing the ATV to accelerate. Althaus was thrown from the ATV and it went into the ditch. Althaus was transported to St. Gabriel’s Hospital by Mayo Clinic Ambulance with unknown injuries.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Swanville First Response Team and Mayo Clinic Ambulance.
