The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 01-07-17 at approximately 2:47 pm, their office received a report of a vehicle accident on Highway 10, just south of the Highway 27 exit in Little Falls.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, 70-year-old Cheryl Kluender of Detroit Lakes, MN was driving a Cadillac SUV northbound on Highway 10 when she fell asleep, left the roadway and struck a tree. Cheryl and her 73-year-old passenger, Howard Kluender of Detroit Lakes, MN were transported by Gold Cross Ambulance to St. Gabriel’s Hospital in Little Falls with unknown injuries.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Little Falls Police Department and Gold Cross Ambulance.
