Morrison County Sheriff Shawn Larsen reports that on 11-07-2016 at approximately 5:04 pm, their office received a report of a possible hunting accident on property near the intersection of Hawthorne Road and Jewel Road in Belle Prairie Township east of Little Falls.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, 41 year old Terrence Brisk was found deceased in the woods from an apparent gunshot wound. Brisk was believed to be hunting as he was wearing blaze orange when he was found by a family member.
Sheriff Larsen states their office is actively investigating this case and anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 320-632-9233.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the MN State Patrol, MN DNR, Pierz Police Department and Gold Cross Ambulance.
