The Morrison County Sheriff ‘s Office reports that on 5-23-2020 at approximately 6:53 am, their office received a report of a one-vehicle accident with injuries at the intersection of 50th Avenue and 50th Street, one mile north of Upsala in Elmdale Township.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, 65-year-old David Heisick of Upsala, MN was traveling north on 50th Avenue. Heisick’s vehicle went in the east ditch, hit a road approach and rolled. Heisick was transported to St. Cloud Hospital by Mayo Clinic Ambulance with unknown injuries.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Minnesota State Patrol, Upsala Fire Department, Upsala First Response Team and Mayo Clinic Ambulance.
