The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 09-03-2016 at approximately 8:48 am, their office received a report of a two vehicle accident with injuries on 30th Street near 60th Avenue in Elmdale Township near Upsala.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Denis Notch, age 80 of Freeport, MN was traveling east on 30th Street and making a left hand turn into the Elmdale Town Hall. Notch turned in front of a vehicle driven by 17 year old Morgan Peschl of Foley and the two vehicles collided. Notch was transported by ambulance to the hospital with unknown injuries. Peschl was treated at the scene by Gold Cross personnel. Notch was driving a Chevy Truck and Peschl was driving a Nissan car. Both vehicles sustained substantial damage.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Upsala First Response Team, Upsala Fire, and Gold Cross Ambulance.
