Pamela M. Ehrenberg, 65 year old resident of Burtrum, MN passed away Thursday, December 14, 2017 at the Melrose Hospital in Melrose, MN. Funeral service was held Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at the Grey Eagle United Methodist Church in Grey Eagle, MN with Rev. Gary Taylor officiating. Burial was at the Moses Dane Cemetery in Burtrum, MN. Funeral Arrangements were with the Shelley Funeral Chapel.
Pamela was born on July 22, 1952 in Little Falls, MN to the late Estel and Mildred (Slimmer) Crain. She graduated from Coon Rapids High School with the Class of 1970. Pam was united in marriage to Dale Ehrenberg on June 27, 1970 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Swanville, MN. She attended nurses training at Coon Rapids Nursing School where she obtained her LPN license. Pam was employed as an LPN for Medtronic as an inspector for 15 years and later went to work for Fresenius Dialysis Center for many years retiring in 2006. After retiring in 2006 Pam and Dale relocated to Burtrum, MN where she was employed at the Coborn’s Grocery Store in Long Prairie, MN and served as the treasurer and sexton of Moses Dane Cemetery in Burtrum, MN. In her free time, she enjoyed fishing, gardening and spending time with her poodle dogs. Pam was a member of the Grey Eagle United Methodist Church and the Swanville Auxilliary. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
Pam is survived by loving husband, Dale Ehrenberg of Burtrum, MN; sisters, Cheryl (Arnie) Veldkamp of Hawick, MN and Ella Mae (Rick) Even of Princeton, TX; in-laws, Phyllis Crawford of Bethel, MN, Vernon (Collette) Ehrenberg of Swanville, MN, Lawrence (Joy) Ehrenberg of Cedar, MN, Judy (Harvey) Johnson of Swanville, MN, Laureen (Rick) Braaten of Browerville, MN and Renee (Jeff) Perowitz of Cambridge, MN.
Pam was preceded in death by parents, Estel and Mildred Crain; brother-in-law, Les Crawford.
