Big Spunk rest area on eastbound Interstate 94 and Middle Spunk rest area on westbound Interstate 94 near Avon will close to motorists Nov. 4-8.
Crews will upgrade the lift station and sewer at both facilities on Monday, Nov. 4 through Friday, Nov. 8. Motorists on westbound I-94 should plan to use the Fuller Lake rest area in Clearwater or the Burgeon Lake rest area near Alexandria. Motorists on eastbound I-94 should use the Enfield rest area near Monticello or Lake Latoka rest area near Alexandria instead.
