Richard “Dick” Corbett Patch, DDS age 88 of Bloomington and of Big Birch Lake, passed away on April 21, 2019.
Survived by his wife, Lois; children, Johanna and Bruce; stepchildren Mike, Diane and Peter; and his grandchildren.
Richard had a longstanding dental practice in Edina and a love of photography, leaving a legacy of beautiful memories and treasured photos.
Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington Chapel.
