Roger Cichon

Roger Cichon, age 38, a resident of rural Swanville, MN, died unexpectedly of natural causes at his home on Friday, December 11, 2015.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 19, 2015, at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church in Swanville, MN, with Fr. Ron Dockendorf officiating. Interment will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery in Little Falls, MN.
Visitation will be held from 8:30–10:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 19th at the church.
Roger Jerome Cichon was born on June 25, 1977, in Little Falls, Minnesota the son of Jerome “Jerry” & Mary Ann (Bienek) Cichon. He grew up on a farm near Swanville and graduated from Swanville High School, Class of 1995. He attended St. Cloud Vo-Tec and received an ASE Certified Master Mechanic degree. He was currently employed with the Minnesota Department of Transportation. He enjoyed working on cars, woodworking, watching movies, deer hunting, looking for a good bargain and playing with his dog, Keylo.
Left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Kathy (Brian) Burgardt of Little Falls, Jim (Shannon) Cichon of Swanville, David Cichon of Little Falls; nieces and nephew, Kayla (Craig) Bohnsack, John Cichon, Dani and Niki Cichon; great-nieces, Addison and Emma Bohnsack and girl friend, Tina Malone of Wadena.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Jerome “Jerry” (11/8/2011) & Mary Ann (8/11/1996) Cichon and a brother, Joseph Cichon (10/4/2012) and grandparents, Steve & Celia Cichon and Mathew & Mary Bienek.
