Rosanne M. Peschel, age 65 of Minneapolis, formerly of Melrose and Grey Eagle, died Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 20 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Grey Eagle with Rev. Ron Dockendorf officiating. Inurnment was in the parish cemetery.
Rosanne Mary Peschel was born September 2, 1951 in Sauk Centre, Minnesota to Robert and Hazel (Harris) Peschel. She graduated from Melrose High School and then earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in costume design at the University of Minnesota. Rosanne was a longtime resident of Minneapolis. She enjoyed nature and always had a friendly greeting for everyone she met.
Survivors include her brothers and sister, Steven (Katie) Peschel of Victoria, Marilyn (James) Bigalke of Hudson, Wisconsin, and David (Carla) Peschel of St. Cloud; and several nieces and nephews.
Rosanne was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Hazel Peschel; and brother, Lynn Peschel.
