Scott Norman Radtke died November 1st at his home near Albany, a century farm which has been home to generations of the Radtke family since 1914. As a farmer and outdoorsman Scott took pride in the land, investing decades into conservation, watershed management and developing wildlife habitat. A self described ‘tree lover’ Scott was responsible for the planting of thousands of saplings. He loved fishing, and described deer hunting as the most important holiday season.
Scott served in the Air-force and as a brother of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed watching the Twins and Vikings, and inherited a love of coin collecting from his grandmother. Scott was known for his wicked sense of humor and ever sarcastic tone.
