Ramp closures at Highway 15, County Road 75
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Motorists traveling on Interstate 94 between St. Cloud and Collegeville should be prepared for delays when the road resumes back to a single lane in each direction Wednesday, July 6.
All lanes were open on I-94 over Independence Day holiday weekend.
Crews will close and resurface the westbound lanes, and shift traffic onto the newly resurfaced eastbound lanes beginning early morning, July 6.
Motorists should plan for the following:
- Eastbound I-94 between County Road 159 and Highway 23 will be reduced to a single lane 24/7.
- Westbound I-94 between Highway 15 and County Road 159 will be reduced to a single lane 24/7.
- The ramp from eastbound I-94 to eastbound County Road 75 will close; a signed detour will direct motorists to County Road 2.
- At the I-94/Highway 15 interchange, the ramp from northbound Highway 15 to westbound I-94 will close, and the ramp from westbound I-94 to southbound Highway 15 will close. A signed detour will direct motorists to the new 33rd Street interchange just north of I-94.

All lanes of I-94 between St. Cloud and Collegeville are scheduled to open by Sept. 30.
The closures and work are part of two projects to improve I-94 between St. Cloud and Collegeville in 2016. When complete, the projects will result in a smoother ride and extend the life of the roadway.
