St. Cloud, Minn. – St. Cloud Hospital Inpatient Rehabilitation has been named a recipient of the Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award. The award is given to organizations who have sustained the 95th percentile or higher for patient experience surveys and Press Ganey reports through each reporting period during the award year which was between May 2016-April 2017.
The Guardian of Excellence Award was presented at the National Press Ganey Conference in Orlando.
The St. Cloud Hospital Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit has provided comprehensive rehabilitation care in Central Minnesota for nearly 40 years. The 20-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility is designed to provide top quality rehabilitative care within a patient- and family-centered environment. The providers and staff offer support and education to patients and their families who have experienced injury or illness.
